We support fixed-fee projects, milestone-based delivery, hourly or daily consulting, implementation fees, and monthly maintenance or support retainers. Fees are normally quoted in U.S. dollars.

Business flow
Every receipt relates to services or software provided by Portbyte LLC under a direct client engagement.
Clients contact us through the website, email, referrals, or direct business development. We review the business need, timing, constraints, and technical environment.
Portbyte LLC provides a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written agreement defining deliverables, responsibilities, fees, and payment terms.
We perform the agreed discovery, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, implementation, and support. Acceptance follows the applicable agreement.
Portbyte LLC invoices the client according to the agreement. Clients pay Portbyte LLC directly by ACH, wire transfer, bank transfer, or another expressly agreed method.
Revenue and account use
When expressly agreed in writing, a client may pay USDT to a wallet controlled by Portbyte LLC. Portbyte LLC converts the USDT through a cryptocurrency exchange and transfers the resulting U.S. dollar proceeds to a company account, including its virtual account. The virtual account does not receive cryptocurrency directly.
Portbyte LLC uses its business accounts, including any virtual account, solely to receive its own operating revenue. We do not collect, hold, or receive funds on behalf of clients or third parties; provide escrow or payment-processing services; or accept funds for onward transfer at another party's direction. Portbyte LLC may pay ordinary business expenses and vendors from its own funds.
